My Approach to Care
Many high-achieving adults are used to pushing through symptoms until they become impossible to ignore. By the time they seek support, anxiety, burnout, sleep disruption, physical tension, and emotional exhaustion may all be affecting one another.
My approach is designed to look at that full picture.
Together, we’ll consider not only your symptoms, but also the patterns, pressures, routines, and relationships that may be contributing to how you feel. Treatment may include psychiatric medicine, psychotherapy, or a combination of both - always tailored to your needs, goals, and pace.
My role is to offer steady, thoughtful care as we work toward more than short-term relief. The goal is to help you understand what has been keeping you stuck and build a way of living that feels more sustainable.
If You're Considering Working Together
You may be a good fit for my practice if you’re seeking care that is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in a deeper understanding of what has brought you here.
I work with capable, motivated adults who are beginning to question whether the way they’ve been managing stress, achievement, relationships, and responsibility is still working.
If my approach feels aligned with what you need, I welcome you to reach out to learn more about working together.
