Together, we will work to better understand patterns in your life, address challenges, and develop strategies to foster growth and resilience. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals, creating a collaborative process focused on your well-being and personal development.

    I specialize in supportive psychotherapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
